SMXi built a multi-tenant dashboard and reporting platform for CSY, bringing tenant-aware data, branch structures, configurable dashboard items and secure operational reporting into one controlled web solution.
The Problem

Description
CSY needed more than a fixed report page. The platform had to support multiple tenants, controlled access, branch structures and configurable dashboard items so different users could see the right operational data without a separate build for every reporting need.
SMXi developed a tenant-aware dashboard platform with a web front end, XData service layer and reusable dashboard/reporting components. The platform supports different dashboard response types including money, numbers, text, images, graphs, HTML output and tabular data.
The reporting model is designed for practical business use. Dashboard items can include summary data, chart configuration, drill-down support, full summary output and SQL-backed processing, allowing dashboards to move from headline metrics into the supporting detail when required.
Branch and group management gives the platform a way to organise data around real operational structures. User dashboard configuration allows different people to work with information that is relevant to their role, tenant and branch permissions.
The result is a controlled multi-tenant data solution: secure access, reusable dashboard components, tenant and branch awareness, reporting services and a web interface that can support richer operational decision-making.
